The hot dough in the bearing housing is pushed by the augers to the mouth of the machine. The cheese dough coming out of the mouthpiece is cut to the desired length. After the cheese dough is cut, it is transferred to the carriers. Thanks to the rotational movement of the nozzles, the products coming out of the machine become spiral shaped. In the next step, the cheeses left on the conveyor are cooled by means of the cooling pool below the conveyor. The shaped cheeses are cut to length suitable for packaging. In the final stage, the product falls into the cooling pool for packaging.
