Technical Features
Our automatic cheese braiding machine runs with 380 volt electric and 3-4 bar air pressure. It has 30 kg steam consumption per hour, and stainless steel electrical control system can produce 150-200 kg braid cheese with a thickness of 20-40 mm per hour. Prepared cheese dough is moved to the machine with the help of auger. Besides, in our machine inlet chamber, helical and transfer pipes are coated with teflon to prevent adhesion and external surfaces are sandblasted. There is an automatic temperature control system. Water is given to the molds with the help of the sprinkler line and the product is removed. The cutting blade of the product is pneumatic system and makes counting cutting. With the specially designed steam filtration system, direct steam can be supplied to the product by PLC control.

Working Principle
As the working principle, in our automatic cheese braiding machine; the cheese dough is pushed by the augers and enters the flow bed and reaches the bearing bed with the help of its sealed steel elements. Here the cheese dough moves to the nozzles by pushing the augers. With the help of these spirals, the cheese takes the form of braid. It is cooled by cooling tanks under the carrier and after being cut to the desired dimensions, it falls into the pool with the cold water in front of the carrier and is ready for packaging.
