General Features of Equipments
Cheese braiding equipment, which is produced on the basis of a completely compact system, is designed to complement each other and for continuous production. All equipments are operated with standard electrical power and are designed to ensure the safety of the user. The double o system cheese vat is stainless steel and constitutes the first part of the cheese making process. Here the curd and fermented cheese is transferred to the automatic curd boiler and then to the drainage system. The produced whey is then separated and added to the cheese. In this way, whey contains all the proteins and adds flavor to the cheese, whey is not wasted. Thus, more cheese is obtained by using the same amount of milk and production losses are minimized in our cheese braiding equipment. The steam boiler and curd cutting unit and continuous stretching units that are activated here ensure that the cheese is produced incessantly, untouched and in accordance with the standards. Then, the chopping and packing units allows to obtain the desired weight and size of braided cheese. From the very beginning of the system, that is, the introduction of milk to cheese vats and the final stage when braided cheese is ready to be eaten, the whole production process can be monitored under control, safe, hygienic and in compliance with all international standards thanks to our cheese braiding equipments.
